- Arrival at Lisbon airport
- Check-in at your Hotel
- Delivery of Golf Week documentation
- 19h00 Welcome Cocktail – Buffet/Dinner at Hotel Quinta da Marinha (Smart casual)
1st to 5th November
Tournament at these 5 courses:
- Belas Clube de Campo
- Lisbon Sports Club
- Golf do Estoril
- Oitavos Dunes
- Penha Longa
3rd November
20h30 - Get-Together Dinner at Casino Estoril with Show
5th November
20h00 - Prize giving ceremony and dinner with live music at Hotel Villa Itália
31st October and 6th November - Special round of golf
On these days, participants can play, one round free of charge,
at the following golf course:
- Pestana Beloura Golf Resort
(Starting times must be booked in advance; player's name must be given.)
Format
- Stableford with full handicap.
- The winning result of the tournament will be the sum of the 4 best scores, played from monday to Friday.
- The rules of the Royal & Ancient Club of St. Andrews will apply, together with the ones of each golf course.
- The type of the tournament might change due to unforeseen reasons beyond the Committee control.
- Decisions taken by the Tournament Committee will be final.
Handicap
- A copy of the handicap certificate MUST be given at the check-in, on the first golf course.
- If a participant does not present his/her handicap certificate until Wednesday the 3rd November, he/she will not be considered a player of the tournament (meaning that he/she can play but his/her score will not enter the competion)
- Maximum handicap:
Slope System
- Tournament WILL NOT be played under the rules of the slope system.
- Participants will play with their EXACT HANDICAP (USGA HCP Index or DGV-STAMMVORGABE)
Golf Carts
- May be used by all players, upon availability.
- Lisbon Sports Club - Does not have golf carts.
Categories
- The following categories will be considered:
Players will be grouped by handicap, on the following categories:

Prizes
Are non-accumulative (Overall with categories)
- Ladies
- 1st net overall
- 1st and 2nd of each category (net)
- Men
- 1st net overall
- 1st and 2nd of each category (net)
Ties
Will be decided as follows:
- By handicap: the lowest handicap (NET) will win.
- If it still persists it will be decided over a “toss of a coin”.
Hotels
Package Includes:
- Registration fee
- 5 rounds of golf

Entries, Payments & Refunds
- Entries must be at "Estoril & Sintra Golf Bureau" until the September 30th, 2010.
- Payment is due upon the entry.
- In case of cancellation, refunds will be as follows:
90% until the 15th Oct. 2009
50% until the 22nd Oct. 2009.
